Create file ads.txt on a subdomain

the ads.txt must be available from blog.domain.com/ads.txt

If wp quads is installed on the subdomain it can handle that automatically for you

Not really! If you place ads into domain.com you would need to add ads.txt to the root of domain.com.

In your case its just blog.domain.com because you plan to add ads on blog.domain.com only.

But usually it should be done 24-48 hours after adding the ads.txt

That’s what I found out:

For subdomains, the ads.txt must exist on the subdomain, and the root domain must also have the subdomain listed in it’s own ads.txt file. If either the subdomain ads.txt file is missing or the subdomain is not listed on the root ads.txt file, then the rules of the root domain will apply to the sub domain.

Rules posted in the root and they applied to the subdomain – so?)
