    Thank you for your answer, but I couldn’t find “customer”, just Editor, Contributor, Subscriber.

    “Customer” is not a role in WordPress. I believe that means you are using WooCommerce? If so, you should be able to use the code for Subscriber.

    I put this line in wpconfig, but not working. define(‘SS88_2FAVE_ENABLE_SUBSCRIBERS’, true);

    The subscriber can login without 2FA.

    And by subscriber you mean Customer?

    No. Just a simple subscriber.

    You may have other plugins which are overwriting the login functions. I have tested here on a fresh installation and it works for me.

    I’m using wps hide login plugin. Maybe this is the problem.
