    Hi dear,
    how can i create global web story template for public use? or how can i backup and restore my template?

    A feature to enable creating custom story templates for re-using is in the works and on the roadmap, but there is currently no exact timeline for when that feature will be finished.

    If you are looking to copy Stories from one instance to another you could explore tools that could be used to install everything from a plugin to a full WordPress site such as, WP Migrate DB or WP-CLI.
