Create image slider by tag?

  • Hi,

    Is it possible to create an image slider to show all uploaded images by tag?

    Ie: If I’ve tagged 50 images with “recipes”, a way to display all images in a slider with the tag “recipes” without having to manually add them?

    I’m sorry, but this will not be possible with Slide Anything.

    And I have not heard of a plugin that can do this, but I will be curious to know whether you find one?

    By any chance, can it (or any other plugin you’re aware of) display by image category?

    I’ve had a good look but haven’t found anything yet.

    I would not think so, because ‘Image Category’ does not exist on a standard WordPress installation – there are no categories under the Media Library.

    You can install a WP plugin to provide this ‘category’ functionality, but it does not exist out the box. Nor do Media Library tags for that matter. So you must have a ‘Media Library’ plugin installed to provide this extra functionality to your media library.
