Create List not working

    Hello,
    When I try to create an email list, I add individuals to the list, hit save, but it doesn’t save the individuals I have added. It keeps saying 0 people are added.

    Secondly, yesterday, after testing the plugin, sending out individual emails to test it, I sent an email out to all users and no one received it.
    Can you help with this?

    This user also emailed us about the same thing, via which the issue was resolved. For others who might see this, make sure you’re using the “Add User” button and then also clicking Save in both locations (in the list view and then on the options page itself).

    Did as you have instructed to do.

    It’s still zero, no user is added

    Have the same problem :<
    Tried everything but lists are still have 0 users.

    Hi aphrodite and izaya,

    Sorry for the delayed response. We were, thankfully, now able to recreate the issue you are having with the lists. Just to be clear, is your issue that, when you check a user and click the “Add Users” button, they do not get moved to the right side in the list? We are working on a fix for that right now and hope to have it released soon.
