Your first issue is not fully clear to me. Could you please send me a video of the issue? The image link is not opening.

If you create a template, then you have to keep it active. Please see the screenshot for a better understanding. If you still face the issue, Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Hopefully, you will not find the issue again.

Hope you are doing fine. On our end, the update button works perfectly. Please check the video for a better understanding. Please run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, Elementor, and Woocommerce and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.?

Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, let me know. I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
