Create my own tournament

Hi,

I’ve been searching for at plugin, that handles the following:

• I create several leagues, containing 4 players each.
• When a user creates an account, he/she automaticly enters a not full (0, 1, 2 or 3 players) league.
• When a league is full (4 players), each player gets an email with instructions.
• When each match is played, the winner logs in and repport the result.
• A widget that shows the live result of each league (a drop-down to choose league), would be nice…

Does any know something like that? Or is it makeable?
