Create new account button not working

    On the student log on page, the ‘Create new account’ button doesn’t work. When you click on it nothing happens? Everything else seems to be working fine. We have not gone live yet as we are still building the courses but everything else is in place.
    I was able to create one account before this happened. Also tried from other computers.
    Please help!
