Create new customer account when order completed

Hi experts,
the default WooCommerce “new account” email sent to customers when account registration is enabled on checkout page is sent when the order status is either ‘processing’ or ‘completed’. However I want my users to get accedd (account created) only when order status is ‘completed’ (so after payment completed). Haven’t found any snippet to change to moment of the new account email being sent based upon order status. Any suggestion? Thx.
