create new line in Icon Box “Description”

Hi, I apparently missed that you replied.

My issue is that I want to put multiple lines of text. Two lines, to be specific: the first line is my street address, and the second line is my city/state/zip code. But everything just shows up on one line.

We apologize in advance for our delay in responding and for our previous misunderstanding. To give a line break to the description in the Icon Box widget, you can try adding the files in the link below into ..\wp-content\plugins\jeg-elementor-kit\class\elements\views\class-icon-box-view.php.

You can see in line 25, we changed the esc_attr function to nl2br so that the description has a line break function.

Hello I just was trying to add href in the description and it was not converted as html but into a plain text does that issue need to be posted here? or do I create a new topic?
