    Hello,

    When i try to create a new ticket as a registered user it does not detect users. It gives me a list of users that has 10-12 people on it but it doesn’t even detect my email as being a part of this list.

    I’d like this feature but it’s unusable if i can’t assign it to the correct user. Thanks for your quick attention to this! ??

    Sorry – to be clear. I’m in the backend acting as an agent and trying to add a new ticket as a ‘user’ would. I cannot access the user base (maybe because they are ‘customers’ and not ‘subscribers?”

    It started finding all users after most recent update. The search still takes a lot of time. But at least it’s working now!
