• Hello all,

How can I create a new user with same PayPal credentials as an already existing user already have? for example, if an already registered user likes to buy an account for his friend and is doing this with his own PayPal account, the system is not creating a new account (only updating the expiring date of already existing account). therefore only existing account has been updated instead of creating a new account for an other person.

how can this case been fixed? any workaround existing for that?

Thanks you so much for your help.

There is nothing to fix since that is how online membership systems work. You maybe talking about giving a gift. We don’t have an option for that unfortunately.

Below is an workaround that you may be able to use:

#1) You can use the following feature to allow users to create an account for free to a free level (a placeholder level). Person A can use it to create an user account for person B on your site (using the details of person B):
    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-registration-form-shortcode-generator/

#2) Then Person A can log into that newly created free account and make a payment for the membership which will apply the payment to this newly created account (since the user will be logged into this account).
