Create Page gives 404 error (still worked perfectly last week)

    I’m the admin and until last week I could add whatever Page I wanted to my blog without problem, it would show up nicely in the sidebar.

    I’ve always had my htaccess file writable at 666.

    Yesterday I tried adding a new Page and it will show up in the Admin Panel as an added page with text and all. As I thought it was not added to the htaccess file, so I added it manually, no luck, so I changed permissions to 777 and re-added the page, no luck either. So when I view the actual page on my blog it will give the following error:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /xbox-360/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.34 Server at https://www.videogamesblogger.com Port 80

    Does anyone know how to fix this? HELP!
