• Hi everyone,
    I’m currently using the free Optimizer theme (perhaps that is the issue) and I’ve been away from WordPress for a number of years.

    I was able to modify the slider page with no issues – was super easy and really stylish. My issue is with creating individual pages. When I go to modify or create a page the only thing that loads is the main header with the company name and then a thick gray sub header beneath the main header with the name of the page inside (Home, About Us, etc.)

    Is it possible to remove that sub header and am I missing anything with creating pages? I understood there were supposed to be page templates, but mine are loading with no content. Just blank pages.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

    First welcome back to wordpress. The optimizer theme is great and is really easy to use so trust me that is not the issue. Even i an currently building a website using this theme.

    As for the sub header problem, paste this CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Miscellaneous -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

    .page_head{display: none;}

    This will sort out the header problem as it did mine.

    Thanks.
