Create phone directory or resource directory in blog

  • Hello,
    I am running a WordPressMU site and in one of the blogs, I want to create a resource list like

    Name: John’ Pizzeria
    Category: Pizza
    Address: 100 Pepperoni Street
    Phone: 555-5287

    Is there any such plugin which enables such information formatting and then gives the readers tools to search through them easier?
