Create Post from Word Press front end

Is anyone aware of a plug in, or feature, that would allow someone to create a post from the front end of a blog, which can then be approved in the back end. So, that either guests (or maybe subscribers) could submit posts in the same way as they submit comments?

I want to find someway of adding content to a blog without having to have everyone need to log into the admin pages.
