Create product that is sold individually but can be ordered multiple times

I know i can check the “Sold individually: Limit purchases to 1 item per order” checkmark, but that only allows one item in the cart. I have a caricature product with custom fields that should not be ordered in multiples, but can be added multiple times to the cart. I can hide the quantity with CSS (which I’ve done on the live link above), but then the quantity spinner shows up in the FunnelKit mini cart (and other carts). Looking for a more elegant solution so that customers cannot increase the quantity in the cart after being added.
