Create return label

    Dear support,
    The plugin description states that it is possible to create return labels directly. Unfortunately I can’t find this function anywhere. Do I have to activate it first?

    And is it possible to activate return labels by default for all label generations?

    You have to enter a participation value for “DHL Retoure” in the settings to see it on the order screen.

    I see – thank you! Is it possible to activate the return labels by default for the bulk generation?

    This does not seem to be an option currently.
