    Hello,

I need to enable my customers to create two shipping labels with their purchase:

[*]one for the transport from seller to customer and
[*]anotherone for the transport from customer to seller

Both should be made ready and payed at the purchase. How can I achieve this? – Plugin needed?

    Cheers,
    Wolf

    Hi @herrdeh

This will depend on the Shipping plugin that you are using to create your labels.

For example, if you use ShipStation , their documentation gives examples of how you can do this here:

    https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026157771-Return-Labels

So, essentially, yes, to answer your question, a plugin is required.

Hello, thanks for the quick answer. Unluckily, I cannot use ShipStation in Germany. Is there another solution?

    Cheers,

    Hey @herrdeh,

As Amanda mentioned, this will depend upon the shipping integration you have. Perhaps DHL is preferred for you in Germany? You could look into which integrations provide the ability to generate return labels. The official DHL integration claims it can do this:

Hello, thank you very much for your thoughts.

Preferred would be a transport company independent solution. I’m using two different providers at the moment (packlink.de and jumingo.com) – but this may change in the future, as conditions and circumstances may change.

    Hi again @herrdeh,

I can definitely see how it would be a good idea to use something independent of a specific carrier – this means you’d need to look at aggregated shipping providers similar to ShipStation.

Maybe something like Shipwire or Shippo.

    Hope that helps!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
