Create shipping label hasn’t worked for 3 days

  • Customer support hasn’t been able to help. It used to be an intermittent issue but since they have gotten involved it is constant. It also takes forever to get any response.

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the plugin.

    I don’t see any support topic created here or a topic you responded to, there are currently no known/verified issues with the plugin, so I’d be interested in hearing from you.

    Most of the time there is either a conflict in the conditions, or a external element is interfering with the rates appearing. Posting screenshots in your support thread of your setup would be most helpful.
