Create Shipping Label Modal closes unexpectedly

    When attempting to create a shipping label, the modal window closes before the label creation is complete and the button to “create shipping label” disappears.

    After verifying or choosing “use address as entered” for the origin address, a click to the destination address, or packaging accordions will close out the modal and return me to the “edit order” page where the meta box for Shipping Label is now empty of the pink button to re-launch the modal.

    Hi @gerryleblanc,

    That definitely sounds annoying. I tried to reproduce this but I could not. When I click on any of the accordion sections, they open up and the modal remains visible. I wonder if there is a JavaScript conflict on the page causing problems.

    You could use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, Jetpack, and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax. This plugin allows you to do this without affecting your site. Only your account will see the changes.

    Then you could see if the modal works as expected. If it still doesn’t, please send over the exact step by step instructions I need to replicate this so I can make sure I’m testing this correctly.

    This happened to me when Jetpack was connected to a different WordPress account than Woocommerce was. It took me forever to figure out but once I did that, then reinstalled the Shipping & Tax plugin, it magically started working again. One other side effect was that I could not see the “Packages” section under Shipping Settings.
