Create slideshow link for mobile

I’m trying to make the “Home Slide Image Title” linkable to “Home Slide Image Button Link” while keeping the animation.
I was able to do this in home-slideshow.php but I can’t figure out how to keep the text as white. No matter what I try it defaults to blue.

I’m trying to do this, so the slideshow is still clickable while in a mobile browser.
