Create Staging stuck on “Prepare Directories”

    After the phase “Copy Database Table” in prepare directories the black window shows something like this and don’t end, geting stuck in that phase.

    Anyone knows if it’s because of the 4.9 wordpress update?

    Hi,

    WordPress 4.9 should not be the reason. Please try to exclude the wp-content/uploads folder and check again if this is happening. Could be caused by large backup files on your website. I will write an update soon which probably bypasses this issue.
