Create Static Homepage/Parent Page

  • Hello,

    I understand that the Go template’s default homepage is the Blog Post page. I would like to change my homepage. I have looked on GoDaddy and here for guidance but unfortunately I haven’t yet identified how to successfully apply the guidance to Go.

    How do I modify the Parent page and/or create a static homepage (I assume this does the same thing) on Go?

    I hope you are doing great, let me assist you with this task.

    I created a video on how you can change the homepage to any WordPress page of your preference:

    Basically you should Change the Homepage settings as instructed in the video and set a page of your preference.

    Then, you may customize this page using the default WordPress editor or alternatively a page builder.

    Also, note that the page you sent returns a 404 error, in case you are having issues with this specific page make sure to check the permalink structure.
