Create survey questionnaire with set text value.

    Hi there. Is it possible to create a survey dinamic questionnaire.
    For example
    question 1.
    Did you eat well?
    Answer no.
    Question 2
    Did you sleep well?
    Answer no
    The result of questionnaire is “go to sleep”.

    So it is possible do something like that? Thanks.

    I answered to my self, I think, this can work. I used conditional fields addon for contact form 7. You can show the first cuestion of the survey and depending of the answer it shows or not the next question. Anyone have a better idea? I open to more suggestions.
