Hi, I want to buy the PRO version of the plugin. But the plugin is not working after the WordPress recent update. Please address the issue.

    Thanks,

    Amit

    Hi

I was able to solve the issue by creating a new page called my-tickets and assigning it as the tickets page in plugin settings then I redirected the my-account/wpyar-ticket/ URL in the woocommerce panel to the newly created page.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

Kindly help explain how to accomplish these two steps:

    – assigning it as the tickets page in plugin settings.

    – redirected the my-account/wpyar-ticket/ URL in the woocommerce panel to the newly created page.

Are you using Persian or English language in the plugin?

    English.

    Ok,

In WordPress Dashboard go to Pages -> Add New page ->
Set title to “my-tickets” then inside the text area add this shortcode: [nirweb_ticket]

then save and publish the page.

Now go to Tickets -> settings -> General Settings -> in the “If you do not have the WooCommerce plugin installed, select a Page” section, select “my-tickets” page and save settings.

Now if you go to the url of “my-tickets” page in your browser you will see the tickets page loads fine.

Now the final step is to redirect the url of “Support Ticket” button (/my-account/wpyar-ticket) in woocommerce my-account page to “my-tickets” page url. You can do this using the Redirection plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redirection/

Hi there, thanks again for the detailed steps. I carried them out, and face the same issue – if I want to create a new ticket, I click on the New Ticket Button. But that takes me to the home page.

The link of the button is –

    domain.com/test/?action=new

In the test site, the version that was working, the link was:

    domain.com/my-account/wpyar-ticket/?action=new

So, clicking on the Create New button should invoke a link with this structure.

I am wondering how to resolve this issue.

This issue is resolved: I had to change the permanent link structure from Settings. The test site had a custom link structure where the plugin worked. I simply replicated the same perma link structure on the new site.

Those facing this issue can try changing the perma link structure from Settings.
