Create two menus? One independent and one dependent?

  • Hey!

    Is there a theme/is is possible to modify a theme that has one independent menu at the top, and one dependent menu on the left column?

    The ‘dependent menu’ will change according which ‘dependent’ menu is selected?

    Let me know if I should specify.
