Create Two tier Menu for Categories

  • I have searched the forum but I cant find a way to show a menu and sub menu that are visible simultaneously.
    So that once a category link has been clicked on the top menu, a contextual menu of sub categories is shown. Like the BBC NEWS site:

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/

    I don’t want a drop down menu, but a contextual sub menu that is shown below the main menu.
