Create url to post information in data field

    Is there a way in Woocommerce to create a php file so that a someone can open this url and post the content of an XML file in the “data” post field and so that I can manage this information in the PHP file to update the order state?

    I can get the information on this way if an order is shipped so I am looking for a possibility to use this information and update automatically the order status.
