    Hi,

When a user signup, I want to create a subscriber role account for him in WordPress too along with simple membership.

I see it is creating a new row in wp_swpm_members_tbl table but not in wp_users. How can I achieve this?

Hi, the following is quoted by one of the developers.

Simple membership also works with WP users. Each time a user creates a membership account, they will have a corresponding WP User entry. When they log into the members area, they get logged in the WP user system automatically.

So if they are logged in as a member and posting a comment for example, that comment is posted as a WP User (because they are logged in their WP user account).

Let me know if you need more help.

But I did not see corresponding user entries in WordPress when user signup using the Simple membership signup form.

    Am I missing any configuration?

Hi, can you carry out a test yourself. Sign up as a test user via the membership plugin. Then check WordPress users. Let me know how you go.

The plugin definitely creates a WP user record also. Make sure you are doing the test using an email address that doesn’t already have a WP user entry.
