Create user registration – allow form filling, editing and display(frontend)

    When through the details of the plugin looks very promising. I want to use it to build a site with the following features. Need your suggestion if the following flow is possible with this plugin,:

    1- Create user registration to the site (just name, e-mail and password)
    2- Create user registration detail form and allow the registered users to update/edit the form after form submission.
    3- Display the registered user information details in the front end.
    4- Search the registered users with filters.
