Create user Tag by link click

    I need to add a Tag or more to users when click on something to query them later for push notifications

    I need to sell online goods, when the goods are out of stock the registered users on my website can check a “Remind Me” mark, so when the goods are available I can send push notification using One Signal to them

    So I need to add Tag in user properties for every category they check to push notification them later
