Create zone in table row for mouse over display

It might be nice to have the option to have a “zone” in the row that says “Details” so that you must mouse over that zone to see the popup overlay. This can make the table a little cleaner keeping overlay pop-ups to a minimum unless “requested” by the user by mousing over this zone. Our current usage of custom tables has an image in the overlay and the table flickers heavily when moving the mouse over the table, can be irritating to end user.
