Created blocks always brokes

    Hi,

    I have a recurrent problem with your blocks: When I open the page to edit, the block is “broken” and I have to click on the recuperation button to fix it

    Hi,

    Could you please let us know version number of the plugin you are using?

    Also are you getting this issue with any particular block or with all the blocks?

    In case you have imported a readysite and getting this issue after the plugin update please refer the following link

    Hi,

    Plugin Version 1.3.0

    Not for all, for example :

    – Shape Divider
    – Info Bloc
    – Team

    Every time I want to edit a post / page, I have to click on “Attempt Block Recovery”

    Hi,

    Thank you for pointing out the blocks which have issues.

    If this issue occurred with imported readysite, try reimporting the same readysite again. If this issue persists could you please tell us which readysite you have imported?

    Also, it would be helpful to know which settings you have applied to a particular block. Would it be possible for you to mention such settings for few blocks? You may try for a shape divider as it has fewer settings.

    Hi,

    Readysites are predesigned website templates of the responsive theme family.

    If you have designed these blocks with the previous version of the plugin, you may need to redesign them with the latest version of plugin.

    If you have designed blocks only with the latest version of the plugin, please specify the settings for few blocks having this issue. A shape divider will be an easy choice as it has fewer settings.

    There are type of block that I create last week only (for example : Info Bloc, never use until that)so I suppose this is with the last version ?
