Created custom taxonomy for custom post type, but can’t see their archive page

Good day.

Impossible for me to say what’s going on or why, as I don’t have any information on what query is being made for those archives, or what your settings are for either your post type or your taxonomy.

Best guess I have at the moment is perhaps the post assigned to that term in question is only set to draft at the moment?

Perhaps something going on with the template file being used and it not meeting the right conditions to show anything?

The short answer would be “access to the website” like a user to log in with. If you’re comfortable with installing a developer-focused plugin that can expose some more information, the first step there would be to install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/query-monitor/

Specifically wanting the “request” panel and the information provided there.

The issue came up being that the archive was querying for a number of post types EXCEPT the one it needed to.

A pre_get_posts adjustment got things going again.
