Created date / user column

Hi John. Your plugin is simple yet super powerful and useful. Thanks so much for making it available to us all!

There’s one feature that could really improve the plugin. In my use case it would be super handy to have a “created date” of the redirects (and the user that created them super ideally). As I manage a blog where many users create redirects, having this information could give much more control on when/who has implemented any changes.

Just an idea! It’s a shame that I can’t use your plugin at the moment!
