Created Pages not showing up in “All Pages”

For some odd reason when I go to create a page, it’s not available to edit at all. I don’t even see it in the “All Pages” area from the dashboard. I was able to add it to the menu just fine, its just not showing up to be able to edit or add content to it or anything. What would be causing this issue?
