Created Theme Using "TwentyTen", and Publish itto WP Theme Gallery With My name?

  • I have created new look theme using existing word press theme “Twenty ten”. changed colors, buttons, style,and added few background images. but i used twenty-ten php codes.
    can i publish it to Word press theme gallery using my name?
