Creates a post instead of topic

    I just installed this amazing plug-in and was able to have it generate topics for existing content with no issue but I just published my first new post since installing the plug-in and it created a post that also published to my front page. The original post linked to the new post that contained just the excerpt and a link to the original post.

    The topic it created was at path: /forums/forum/article-discussions/7-reasons-to-reinstall-diablo-iii-right-now-2/
    The post I published was at: https://thelonegamers.com/7-reasons-to-reinstall-diablo-iii-right-now/

    I have manually corrected the issue by deleting the excerpt post, creating a new topic in the appropriate forum and establishing a redirect from the incorrect excerpt post to the new topic I have corrected.

    Running WordPress 3.8.1 with the twentyfourteen theme and no theme mods. bbPress 2.5.3 and bbPress Topics for Posts 1.8.1.
