Creates debug file api.txt in site root

Dear maintainer,

in class-mailpoet-cf7-submit-form.php line 140 there is a file_put_contents function that creates a dump of form tags into a file called api.txt in the root of the website. It looks like some kind of debug helper, which IMHO should be deactivated in production version of the plugin.
