Creatic – One Page Parallax WordPress

Hi,

I’m new to web design and I’m working on a website for a Financial Consultancy and I’ve been stumped for two days now.

Could someone please explain the steps i should take in creating a menu that will jump to different sections of the page. If you click on the link, you’ll see that I have a menu on the website but I’m not sure how to link it to the correct sections.

Also, please explain anchor links.
