Creating a clickable 4 image horizontal grid

Hi,

I’m trying to create a 4 image horizontal clickable grid for a design website using the Twenty Seventeen theme (each image once clicked should take one to the specific page, i.e. website design, UI/UX, etc…), I am unable to post a live link of my local site at present.

I have tried so many plugins for a clickable grid system that looks good and I can’t find one that allows me to create a clickable grid with text in horizontal form, I’m looking for a system similar to the grid shown here (scroll down a bit):
