Creating a Custom Comment Form

    I know this is a pain for a lot of developers, but I was wondering if anyone knew a way to completely customise the comment form.

    I’ve been able to make modifications to comment_form() by playing around with the styling and in functions.php, so I’ve now got Name, Email and Website running along the top with the comment textarea underneath.

    This looks much better than the default layout (it didn’t take much, just tweaking Functions.php), but I was wondering if there was a way to edit the HTML of comment_form().
