Creating a Facebook APP Using a WordPress Blog – "Share on FB Issue"

I know there are quite of number of Facebook plugins for integrating the Facebook functionality into my external blog and there is also the WP Boook plugin. However, I have not found if there is one that will help me with framing a WP blog and running it as an app in Facebook?

It is very easy to setup a single HTML page or even the homepage of your blog in Facebook as an app. The issue? When you integrate the Facebook “Share” or like buttons on your page, they will send the user to YOUR url (www.youblogurl.com) not to that same page in Facebook when clicked (https://apps.facebook.com/yourapp/pageshared) because the page is in the frame.

Does anyone know if this is possible either through a plugin or code (assume a JS solution)?
