Creating a frontpage without posts apearing on it

Yes, it’s possible. To help you actually do it you should include a link to your site and some info on what theme you’re using etc. ??

And my theme is “Pinboard“.

You have to create a new page with the template as “Landing Page.” and hit save. Any page with the template Landing Page will have the slider if you enable it.

Then go to the appearance settings and change it to a static page and point it to the new landing page you created.

I created a custom template-landing-page that didn’t have the container and that fixed it.
