Creating a Hidden Page

I have a blog that I put regular posts on but I would like to create a simple single column landing page without links to other posts or pages for people to go to when they click on one of my ads posted elsewhere. Basically it’s a squeeze page.

So the questions are:

1. Can I create a page and NOT have it show up as one of the pages on the blog and just use the link to direct people to it? If so how?

2. The current theme I’m using has a lot going on and I would like certain posts or pages (like the one previously mentioned) to show up with a different feel. ie..no ads or widgets on these posts or pages and just a single column. If so again how would I do this?

Of course I’m open to any suggestions you might have and I very much appreciate your willingness to help.
