I just want to ask on where can I edit this button https://www.screencast.com/t/ck80xRZY11xn to change the link of it instead of its default link
I want that button should link for some of my page I created

Sorry that you ran into issues here!
I wouldn’t recommend editing the plugin to change that button directly. Instead, what you should probably do is to disable Frontend listing submission, add the Submit Listing shortcode to the page of your choice and then add that link in the header using our template hooks.
We don’t have a way to “swap your link” for ours.
