Creating a music playing WordPress page with Facebook link

  • I would love to know how you are supposed to do this in WordPress. Seriously.

    The Guzillion themes out there are shit and basically a minor variation of the same theme, it takes hours to search and try and learn about all the options available, and then there are still none, and the editing options on the WordPress Desktop are minimal.

    All I want is to be able to create/alter my own page, including the background, hero image, some buttons, put a couple of links on there to social networking sites, and have a MUSIC PLAYING / DOWNLOADING option.

    It shoudn’t be this hard, In fact if this goes nowhere I will custom-design the website myself like the good old days and make it ‘unique’ on the currently overpopulated WordPress-dominated web.

    Please don;t let me loose faith here, help me.

  • So you want has text on your site, change the background, header image, change the buttons, a music player and some links?

    All those thing are included in WP by default, read the docs if you don’t know how to do it.
