Creating a new auction

  • I’ve been using your plugin since quite a lot, and I found it wonderful. Now I’m just having a little problem with a new installation. I’m on a WP multisite, I don’t know if this can affect the plugin…After the plugin installation, when creating a new product, I can’t select the “auction product” type. It just doesn’t shows off. Everything else seems ok, but just can’t create a new auction product…do you have any suggestion ? Thank you

    With regards to your question, have you installed the plugin on network site or on individual site? It should work when you install on individual site. If it is not then could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.
