Creating a new theme

Hi there!

I want to develop a new theme for WordPress and i havent seen any basic tutorials for this yet. I have read the Anatomy of a WordPress skin but i want to start from scratch. I have my layout ready, and if anyone have any tutorials that lists how you call out the login form, the news for example that would be great. Takes so much time to modify the existing theme since you have no clue which div is what.
